Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went on a fishing trip excursion and were able to bring back some of our catch, a fish we were unfamiliar with called Bonita. We spoke to the restaurant manager, Miguel, about having them grill and serve our catch of the day to us. He was wonderfully enthusiastic about doing so, and introduced us to the chef, a lovely young lady I believe was named Christina. They asked what we would like as an appetizer, and suggested fish tacos tempura style. They then described how the main dish would be prepared by grilling with butter. We were blown away when the tacos were served, expecting to see four small tacos. We were each served three of the best looking and best tasting tempura shrimp tacos I’ve ever seen. After that, the main dish of grilled fish was dramatically served sizzling on a hot skillet with beautiful garnishment. The presentation was as impressive as the flavor, and our server Aldo did a fantastic job. What a fabulous experience on our guests’ final evening Villa del Palmer Flamingos!
