Dairy Queen - Avon Lake

We decided to treat ourselves and the family to a special meal. The drive-thru line was extremely long, extending out to the road, so I chose to park and order inside instead. Although it was a bit chaotic inside as well, the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff were friendly and worked hard to serve everyone promptly. There were a few mistakes with our orders, but they handled the situation well despite the hustle and bustle, which was great to see as they seem just as busy as they were before the pandemic. The dining room was open for indoor seating, and there was also a terrace available for those who wanted to eat outside. I commend them for their efforts, especially given the challenges that businesses are currently facing. Overall, it was a good experience.

Always expect a wait! The service isn't speedy. The shake was tasty, but it was a bit thin when I received it.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff there are wonderful! They're incredibly friendly, always busy, yet they manage to keep everything running smoothly. They even brighten up gloomy days with their delightful treats and warm smiles. Definitely worth a visit!

Even with long lines and large orders they still serve with a smile! We need more relaxed calm people!

What was my sister she wanted to try the orange dipped vanilla cone which people are calling the orange creamsicle. They only dip it one time and the coating was so warm that it was very thin. You could barely taste the orange flavor at all I really don't know what all the hype is about. They need to double dip those cones. Are temp they're topping better.
