Great gluten free place. But not only. The pizzas are excellent, the dough is very digestible in fact you are not thirsty all night after eating at Marida's. Excellent salads, served on a plate of focaccia. Delicious crepes. Excellent arancini. My celiac son ate two pizzas for dinner because it is the only place so far that cooks a gluten free pizza so well. The managers are very kind, very welcoming environment.
Pizza among the best ever eaten: well seasoned, tasty and above all digestible! It is evident that the various types of dough (kamut, gluten-free, multigrain, linseed, tumminìa and traditional) are made with excellent quality raw materials and with great skill. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to eat and drink well (you can also choose craft Sicilian beers) with appropriate prices, in a welcoming environment and where the kindness of all the staff makes you feel at home!
Local, of its kind, vehemently excellent. The arancini are excellent. Rotisserie products have a well-leavened and easily digestible dough with any filling, and the choice is vast. The desserts are also excellent. The staff is polite and prepared and pleasant.
I ate well (the calzone with chicken and the bundle with parmigiana were good, as was the spinach and mozzarella puff pastry . GREAT prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be back to taste the salads in the basket made with pasta for pizza and more. :
