Fat Cats - Avila Beach

Second visit and not disappointed. Wait was short, we sat outside staff were quick to set up umbrellas. We tried the crab cakes and our breakfast orders were great. We will definitely be back on our SLO visits. Also, staff were great and an older gentleman coming around clearing tables, talking to customers made our visit that much more enjoyable. He took an interest in everyone.

My hubby and i were finishing up a 2 week pre-retirement rving trip. We stopped at avila cuz we can park right on the ocean : . We went to have dinner and it was raining so no patio dining w the pooch : . We ordered some burgers to go and they were delicious! Had our meal watching the waves out the front window: Thanks Fat Cats Cafe!!!

The breakfast wait was well worth it. We had some of the specials and were not disappointed. The staff was great, we shared some good laughs. All around good time. Thanks!

Had fish and chips and my friends had the open face lobster sandwichs. All was amazing including the clam chowder AND the service. Been going to Fat...Cats...for years. If there is,a line...ve patient...worth the wait!

Favorite place to come when in the Avila Pismo area!! Clam chowder bread bowl is amazing! Fast and friendly service everytime we go there!
