Melbourne Terminal 3. Coffee is terrible cinnamon donuts are even worse! Save your money. Snack everywhere.

No line waiting, so decided to order my takeaway coffee. Only person working on the phone, with his back to the register, so didn’t know I was there. I called out, he implied with his hand to wait. So I left and spent my money elsewhere. Times are tough. Every customer’s penny counts. VERY Poor customer experience in a very busy airport. Hope the owner of this franchise teaches their employees serving a customer first is most important. UPDATE: another employee arrived and he returned to his phone‍

Wonderful location being right before the security check in at terminal 4. The doughnuts were always as good as the doughnuts at any other krispy kreme, but giving it 5 stars due to the extremely convenient location.
