I couldn't be happier with my first experience at this restaurant! The quality of the food was outstanding, and the artichoke dip was absolutely delicious. The freshly baked bread from the oven was a real treat as well. If you're a beer drinker, the draft options were decent, but I personally enjoyed my wine. Overall, it was a fantastic visit! – Maggie

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast, and the service is exceptional! Jordan, Diana, and the entire staff are very welcoming and will make sure you have a wonderful experience here. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience celebrating my friend's bachelorette brunch. Jordan was wonderful—so polite and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. I highly recommend this place!

We recently stayed at The Westin Austin At The Domain for our daughter's wedding, as did many of the wedding guests. I contacted Mattheu De La Torre in Sales to arrange for a farewell breakfast at the hotel. Matt understood exactly what we needed and put us in touch with Dijana Kapsarev, the Restaurant Manager at Urban. Dijana was amazing! She reached out to us prior to our arrival, and then met with us after we arrived at the hotel to be sure everything would be perfect. She was able to set aside the back half of the restaurant so we would have the best space and privacy to enjoy being with our guests. We treated our guests to the buffet which also included french toast and omelets cooked to order. The food was excellent. In addition, our server Tammy was fantastic! She was able to serve all our guests as they joined us throughout the morning, and offered greetings and super friendly service to all. Dijana went above and beyond by surprising our daughter and son-in-law with a special wedding treat and champagne! We can't express enough how special this morning was and what a perfect send-off it was for all of our out of town guests. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and the food and service were excellent! We will recommend Urban and the Westin Austin at the Domain to everyone, and definitely will stay and eat here again when we visit.

Service was good and that's the only reason I'm leaving a 3 star. Food is mediocre at best and way over priced for quality. Too many great options around the hotel to go back to this restaurant.
