Subway - Austin

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and laid-back. They allowed me to sit down and enjoy my own food, which I appreciated. One of the employees even reassured me by saying that someone out there loves me and that I don’t have to worry about anything. The place was kept clean and tidy. It’s located near a subway station, making it a spot I won’t easily forget.

I'm not reviewing 'Subway' as a whole, but rather this specific location. I've been a regular customer for almost a decade, and the food has consistently been good. The staff here are always incredibly friendly—truly, every time I visit. It's a bit of a mystery because, generally speaking, customers everywhere else seem to be awful. But not here; the experience is always pleasant.

This Subway has always been one of my favorites. The staff here are wonderful—friendly and welcoming, and they remember customers when they return, engaging in conversation without being pushy. It's unfortunate that this little strip mall is set to be demolished in the next year or so. I really enjoy this Subway, and I hope the team will find a location nearby that captures the same vibe. It won’t be exactly the same, though, and I’m really going to miss this place.

If you have been to any Subway restaurant then you know what to expect. They have a decent variety of toppings for all of their subs, flatbreads and other sandwich breads. Combos comes with chips and a drink. The restaurant is clean and the staff are professional and efficient. If you want something healthy and quick, this is a great place tip go to for lunch or dinner.

Subway is Subway when it comes to there food, but my experience here was great! EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE. was having fun, chatting with us politely, and going above and beyond on customer service.
