El Naranjo South Lamar - Austin

I've been waiting for so long to try this place and it was worth the wait. The food was fantastic, best ham and cheese I've had in Austin so far and great rice with squid ink. After dinner I had to try the gin tonic and It was luscious. Overall experience was great, good food in a fancy atmosphere and very close attention to detail. I can't wait to come back and try the final menu.

I loved the great variety on the Tapas bar menu. Cheff Pablo gave it a great twist improvising delicios authentic Spanish delicacies with his special and creative personal touch. The Black rice was delicious and he found his way on bringing true Iberico ham. Shimp was super fresh. The potato and leek cream was to die for. Anchovies with red peppers tapa was awesome. The plate preparation it's beautiful. Their drinks are super creative and delicious! Their staff was very welcoming and friendly and the decoration is beautiful and clean. I had a great experience and can't wait for my next visit. Thumbs Up!

Excellent tapas restaurant. The cocktails are delicious and beautiful, the wine list is fairly priced and has lots of wines that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. The food is amazing! Best charcuterie plate ever! They were small for the price but so flavorful! They even spread a little fat from iberico ham on their bread slices. The vegetable plate with an egg yolk emulsion was out of this world! The mussels were so good swimming in a delicious broth. The pork belly was the best I’d ever had and I thought I made an excellent one. The churros was the only thing I didn’t care for. It was too over cooked. All in all a perfect evening. Thank you Kate! You were excellent! We will be back.

Had the most amazing dining experience! Absolutely everything we had from the starter to the dessert was pure perfection! Service was 'on point ' Thanks, Shane, who by the way, did not offer his name, but we asked so that we can request his service the next time we are there. We will be back for sure, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Fancy place, food and service was very good. Totally worth it, the closest you can get to Spanish food in Austin, must go.
