10/10 This place is exceptional! The customer service was outstanding, and the kitchen was clean and organized. The portion sizes were generous, and most of the staff appeared genuinely happy to be there! Keep up the amazing work, a thousand times over!

I called a few minutes ago to inform you that I was on my way to pick up my order and would arrive by 9:55 a.m. The person who answered the phone refused to respond and hung up on me. Now I've been charged for a meal I never picked up. I initially thought it was for delivery, and as soon as I realized it was for pickup, I tried to call back. It’s disappointing that the staff member heard me say I’d be there at 9:55 and still chose to hang up on me. I hope you enjoy my order that I never got to pick up.

I had the worst experience at Chipotle. I ordered a Steak Burrito bowl online, and it was delivered nearly 45 minutes later than expected. When I finally opened it, I was disappointed to find just three tiny pieces of meat, no Queso, and only a small amount of Guacamole. To make matters worse, the bowl was barely half full, and all the additional ingredients were ice-cold.

On your app ordered, come home and my bowl is literally over 50% cheese. Just cheese and some meat. Absolutely disgusting. I want my $15 back. I swear you must have a sub 80 IQ to work at Chipotle.

Very rude workers, ran out of chicken even though there was some in the to go area however when you walk in to order they didn’t have any food filled. I should have just order on the app to get better service. Worse chipotle ever! Literally I have been to a lot in Austin always the worst.
