Buenos Aires Café - Austin

We ordered a variety of dishes, and although I didn't manage to take photos of everything, I did capture what I ate. The restaurant specializes in Argentine cuisine, which is quite evident in its offerings. The food itself was decent, but I personally felt that the prices were a bit steep, with many items costing more than they should. My friend had a small issue when she ordered a drink and found a gnat floating in it. On a positive note, there was a standout sandwich that my friends were excited to try; it's called the Lomito Beef. It features Angus grilled beef and is delicious, especially with the accompanying dressing. I would definitely recommend trying that!

Without a doubt, the incredible crispy empanadas were simply outstanding. Our service, provided by Alejandro, the fantastic Cuban server, made the experience even better. My friends and family will definitely be coming back!

Wow! I loved the lomitas sandwich. Added cheese, pepperoncini and tomato. Cooked to medium rare... To die for.

One of my favorite Austin gems that remains consistent in flavor!! Empanadas are delicious beyond words. Flaky and tasty! Carve Picante and carne suave are my favorite. Then the Churrasqiito is always a favorite too! Love going for lunch to miss the crowds

I was disappointed when they stopped having pizzas. I used to order them (a few) for pickup very often and for some reason they recently stopped having them.
