Sakura Sushi - Auroville

The sushi was delicious, but we were quite disappointed that there was no avocado available. We understand it was a seasonal issue, but we noticed two ripe avocados behind the counter. If they can't provide a certain ingredient—which they seem to feature consistently on their menu—then they should consider offering something else as a substitute. They had a mushroom tofu spread that oddly tasted like fish, which I personally didn't enjoy. Other than that, the food was fresh and tasty. The service could have been better, but I understand that they get extremely busy.

This is a lovely and spotless restaurant that offers vegan rolls and a variety of vegan dishes. The vegan chocolate mousse for dessert was absolutely delicious!

Great sushi! I had two vegan sushi rolls, and they offer many more options, including a seaweed salad and sushi in a bowl. The prices are reasonable, and the owners are very friendly!
