Bodega Ultima - Augusta-Richmond County

Very cute local restaurant for brunch or drinks on the weekends. Rotating list of specials, coffee with option for alcohol or not, made fresh options. Service is slow at times but otherwise is a relatively nice place to have solo meal or group events.

The service is horrible. Sat down at our table and waited 20 mins before server(Nico) came to the table. After he took our order we never saw him again. After an hour and fifteen mins we still hadn’t received all of the food we ordered. After I asked for the manager they came out to the table offering a million excuses. Our server was pulled into the kitchen and we were supposed to have a new server(Raquel). The kitchen is behind. A table sat after is received their food shortly after they ordered. No one came over to tell us anything. The food was good.

It is a Great place for night shift workers to meet after a shift to share a meal and a drink.

Walked in and We were told to sit wherever we wanted to. We sat outside and started waiting on our server and nobody showed up. But white people who walked in after us was grated well, were sat immediately and given the menus. That was weird. Overall, we had to ask for silverware, not only the server but everybody in the restaurant wasn’t friendly and the server Checked on us only once the whole time. Food was very delicious along with coffee. This place has a lot of potential but they need to work on their customer service skills!!!!

Outstanding customer service, and delicious food! We will be back!
