The chicken tenders were exceptional, earning an S+ rating, and the strawberry smoothie was fantastic as well. It was a refreshing change from the dining facility or Panda Express.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing right from the beginning, as Derrick was rude even before I reached the counter. When I finally placed my order, he handed me the wrong and incomplete items and seemed confused about my order, despite having it recorded electronically and on paper, along with my receipt. Once he figured out what I had actually ordered, it still turned out to be incomplete. He insisted that I had only ordered one platter when I had actually requested two of the same item. Overall, the customer service was lacking until the manager had to intervene.
