Wendy's - Augusta

I ordered through the drive-thru during my lunch break, only to discover when I got back to work that my order was wrong. I called and spoke with a manager, who offered to redo the order if I came back to pick it up. However, those of us on a lunch break simply don't have the time for that. Why is it so difficult to get the order right? The order on the screen was correct, so it’s frustrating. And to top it off, food industry workers are expecting $15 per hour—it's hard to understand when basic tasks aren't being done properly.

The woman at the drive-thru laughed at me, which felt mocking. The food was enjoyable, but I was left wondering about her behavior.

I placed a straightforward order, and they assured me that everything was included. However, I didn't receive everything as promised. When I called to address the issue, it seemed like it was a hassle just to get my food. Absolutely disappointing.

If I were the rest of them, I would go a few extra miles to avoid these wendys. they are not very good to serve the beside dishes (as for example kartoffeln). if they want to bake potatoes fresh, it can take a long time, but it will only be for them and I was with other wendys to order their coffee before I know their sizes. lady had the nerve to tell me after she had given me two petty things she gave me both big. if that's the case, I'll go somewhere else, where at least I don't have to park and wait for my food and don't have to be lied to. but hey, it won't happen again, because I don't come back. edit: went on Walton to the other wendy’s. I have my baked kartoffel and didn't have to wait more than an hour! Besides, one of the employees got to confirm that I got little coffee.

No matter how much you request to leave cheese off their hamburgers, they continue to give you one with cheese. You are left with a yellow, gummy piece of cheese to try to scrape off.
