Waffle House - Augusta

The staff here are very friendly and the food is enjoyable, but the music is excessively loud, making it difficult to place an order with the waitress. We felt rushed to finish our meal just to escape the noise. Please consider lowering the volume or turning off the music.

The food was excellent—hot and served quickly. The only minor issue I encountered was that the server brought me only about half a cup of coffee, but that was easily resolved.

I ordered the Bacon Lover BLT and a Dark Roast Coffee, but my bacon and bread were burnt! To make matters worse, the restaurant was so cold when my sandwich arrived that I couldn't eat it. I ended up just drinking my coffee, paying my bill, and tipping the young lady $5.00. Overall, I felt like I wasted $14.00 and was very disappointed.

The waitress has absolutely wrong our order. Ordered HB bowls and got a tray with toast. We were also told that we could not dive and that we would have to go after we had already ordered ourselves, instead of when we first came in, as I was before. I think our waitress was looking for us for the officer, I don't know why. But our waitress was nice, only strongly stressed. The food was so, but to the point.

Service is terrible! The cook/waiter was outside smoking for 10 minutes AFTER he saw me walk in! At 6:30 am he had to make coffee! Really!? My first and last time at this joint.
