Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis restaurant is generally what you'd expect, with nothing outstanding, except for the service speed. It's by far the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait over 10 minutes after placing your order to get your food. I've visited three times: the first time took 15 minutes, the second time took 12 minutes, and the third time took 18 minutes.
Like many people, I enjoy going out for fast food because it’s quick and convenient. However, I also seek out fast food restaurants that are clean and have a welcoming atmosphere. The manager always greets you with a smile and makes you feel truly welcomed. It’s a rare find to encounter such cheerful and friendly staff in a fast food setting. Thank you, Miss Judy, for providing such a wonderful experience!
It is hit and miss when it comes to customer service as well as accurate and complete ordering. but they are fast and if they make a mistake, they are fast to solve it.
Abslutely horrible! I don't even eat a toco bell, but my little sister came down for the weekend and she just wanted a taco bell. So I took her and the experience was terrible. they do not welcome them to the redner they only say they can order (what is normal, so I was not mad at this point.) I told them all I wanted was salat cheese and meat on the burritos (I ordered 6). I get the food and there's bonning and sour looking at the burritos. that's good because mistakes happen. I go back through the passage and tell them that the order was wrong and how there is bonning and acidic seeing on the burrito, and the person on the loudspeaker tells me that she doesn't make all of them just three new because the other three should be correct. then I drive around and please talk to the manager, and she or he (not really sure honest) had a greater attitude than the author. at this point, I just asked for a refund. I'm not upset that the order is messed up, I'm upset about how they treated the mistake. as many different possibilities as they would have done. they need a qualifying training badly and training for problem solution. will not come back.
New inside with modern layout, kiosk to order, beautiful sitting area and clean away inside. the staff was very attentive, looking forward to it in a facility that is still existing today.
