If you close your lobby and just go, you must be good at it. I ordered it early to pick it up on the way to work. I said it was ready at 6:06. I waited in the drive thru behind another car.... When I finally got into the window, I paid and was told to wait while they brought it out. At 6:27 I was told it was only two minutes left, but I had to go so I wouldn't be too late. I called after leaving and they canceled the transaction. They were still polite and apologetic, but now I will work without dinner. I suggest you use the parking lot in front of your building so that the cartridges wait instead of the ride thru. You cannot expect an order over 20 minutes too late to be acceptable for your current business model. Will try again in the future, due to my first experience there.
Tasted like salted rubber. The chicken was very small. They were rude and while it took over 20 minutes to cook only our food, the cream cheese wantons we're still frozen. Only two scanty broccoli florets in my TSO. I won't be going back-ever
I ordered beef broccoli and general tsos chicken. Both were salty but that's not it... The chicken texture as I was eating the first couple of bites felt like chewing rubber so that one was trash. The beef broccoli was way too salty and the smell was awful... Somewhat of a dirty wet rag smell so I trashed that one two. Over $25 for those two things and now I know why that place seems like a lonely spot. Obviously I'm not coming back. And if you, the owner, read this... You got to do some positive changes. My favorite food is Chinese food but, today I almost vomited. No joke.
If only I could rate less. It is rare that I go to the extent to return food. But the food was garbage with a $38 tab. The Mongolian beef was overly spicey (which it shouldn't have been even close to spicy) to a point of unconsumable and loaded with onions, the beef (meet) was white, the rice was chalky. The House Lo Mein had 2 shrimps, and little portions of the other mixed meet and more onions than what's on the farm. The crab rangoon texture, or lack thereof, was a milky thinned cream cheese sauce in a hard egg roll wrap instead of the customary wonton wrap. Lastly, the 6 chicken wings were drummettes from a cornish hen and soaked in salty. Not a whole chicken wing. Newly relo'd to the area, I patronize local businesses and try different things to establish regularity in my patronage. I'm finding that not all business owners here have a sense of customer appreciation. I understand quite well how our current worker shortages, the economy and pandemic has and is taking its toll on everyone. But, to deliver substandard food to your customers is just unacceptable. When the food was returned, the lady at the counter was aggressive with me after I explained the problem with the food, not something I've ever done or experienced in a business. She was quite rude and verbally reprimanded me for not calling to let them know. I explained my circumstances as to why I didn't bring the food back right away. She continued to rant reason why I wouldn't be compensated pointing to an irrelevant sign posted about payment. Sensing I was not connecting with an attempt to resolve what was my issue, I resolved to advise her with best wishes on moved on. So proceed with caution. Finding reviews posted with 5 stars. They must be family and friends. I don't have a dog in the fight, just telling the truth of the quality of their horrible food and customer service.
My first visit today. Person was very nice on phone but food much to be desired and I even tipped in drive-thru before eating. I really think this is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten and am slhoping this was a fluke. Cream cheese wonton were disgustingly sweet..I love them elsewhere but I couldn't handle the runny and extreme sweet contents that dripped out. They were also CHEWY..not crispy and hot. The egg roll was not too bad..small and overcooked..but not worst. Got sesame chicken which was not right mix ..again..was overly bitter so then I try the ham fried rice which has burnt taste galore. Tiny ham pieces..not one other ingrediant to compliment this side. The good was I found 3 broccoli pieces which was the highlight. I am so very sorry but this was BAD. I will read other reviews as a courtesy but cannot imagine going back..YICK And yes..after regretful tip..over 20.00
