Starbucks - Augusta

I pre-ordered my drink and the line was long at the drive thru. I parked to run inside and quickly found the long line due to the store diningroom being closed. I got back in my car and back in line. They were out of the longer straws, but made due with the short straw. I hope their inside is open tomorrow.

If you come often enough and roughly order the same thing, the staff will remember you and your orderwhich is a plus. Staff has always been friendly here, and it's usually never super busy or a long wait.

This one is bar far the best. They're the only one to get my drink just like I want it????????

Every time I have visited this Starbucks that disappoint me. They are excessively slow. They close randomly. My most recent experience I ordered online since I was in a hurry thinking this would avoid any of these issues I've had before. Totally wrong... They close the cafe doors completely and then direct those that ordered ahead to wait in the drive through line to pick up their drink... I had to wait in a long line just to tell them I already ordered 20 mins earlier. They still had not made the drink and had to find the ticket. Then make the drink and told me to pull around the front. Though they were very nice. This is not the type of quick service that I needed on this day nor what I have been able to expect from any other Starbucks. Don't think I'll be giving this Starbucks any more chances of my business

The service is fast and the baristas are great. No matter how many cars are in the drive-thru they move right along and it's no problem. I get an Americano with a bit of cinnamon powder and the drink is super consistent no matter how busy they are. Gotta love it.
