Mcdonald's - Augusta

Had a very great experience this morning. The ladies at both windows were extremely friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous that they only go through when all the other McDonalds come in in a radius of 15 minutes and get your order. Even if I called them, I'll wait for 30 minutes because they refused to give me my GrubHub order.

The only reason for the 3 stars is that they give me a refund and I did not ask for it. But it took about 15 minutes to wait (the first time) to find out my order that it was wrong. When I turned around and the same person who gave me the wrong order, argued with me about it and then told me that I was pulling up and they would fix it. 30 minutes later, just before I grabbed lol someone came out and asked what we were waiting for. The person hadn't even told them about defining our order. So it took about 45 (the second time) to get 2 ham, 2 chicken nuggets, and two middle pommes. I could understand lunch, but that was 12:30-130 when that happened.

Been waiting at the speaker for 15 mins nobody will acknowledge me, no one will take my order tried calling no one answers, so know I wait longer in this line to hopefully place an order... so disappointing..... 1 employee here, this man is trying his very best and I feel so bad for him. He was very polite and apologized for everything. Idk why management or owners would allow this. He needs a raise 1.3.20201 at 3:04am
