Lil' Dutch Bakery - Augusta

I've heard wonderful things about this bakery, but my experience was merely average. The cupcakes and cinnamon buns were decent, but nothing that would make me want to return.

I absolutely love the cream cheese sweet rolls! My husband is a big fan of their pound cake as well. The cupcakes here are twice the size of those from other bakeries, yet they are priced the same. They taste fantastic, and the icing isn't overly sweet, allowing you to enjoy the whole cupcake without worrying about a sugar spike. This place has become my go-to spot. They also offer frozen meals, which I haven't tried yet, but it seems like they sell quite a few of them.

I have had to cut out a lot of sugar because I am pre-diabetic. My mom found out this bakery has sugar free cream pies. I ordered the chocolate cream pie and oh my goodness it was sooooo good. I will definitely order another one. Next time I am going to try the sugar free coconut cream pie. ????????

I was very disappointed in the cupcakes I received yesterday for my birthday. My husband got me 2 chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing, cake tasted over baked the edges were hard and the icing was very thick and stale like. Very disappointing when I first started going there the cupcakes were good but they're not consistent. I'd rather drive the extra miles to small cakes bakery in Evans. Cupcakes taste fresh, moist, and are consistently good ????

If you're looking for genuine pastries and freshly baked treats that taste incredible, you absolutely need to visit this place! The parking is fantastic, the atmosphere is spotless, and the staff are extremely friendly. I tried a plain brownie this time, which was just okay, but I also got a German chocolate cupcake, and it was outstanding! There are plenty of other items that are definitely worth trying. I love this place!
