Krystal - Augusta

My whole order was wrong and when I was going to complain, the old black woman laughed at me and said she would give me packages of sauce, but not enough for my meal. I had 15 sandwiches and she would give me only 3 packages from Mayo. She said Coorporate told her she couldn't spend extra sauce for someone. I grabbed the sauce from her hand and flew out. It said that restaurants allow ghetto people like them to run their business. Edit: her? ve since me a voucher for 2 free Krystal?s. Event though I ordered 15 sandwiches. Most were wrong

The manager was so nice tonight. My food was right and fresh. They and their employees are doing a great job.

Sometimes the urge meets you and you just have to have a Krystal hamburger (or Krystal Pup, in my case). Whether it's cold or Cole Slav you like in your pup, it's good. Remember, this is not a 5-star steakhouse, it is a fast food place, but the definition of quality is a feeling that you get what you expected, and you can?t beat a crystal for a fun culinary experience.

Honestly, I do not recommend any krystals for the simple fact that. their frits are only sat in the microwave, they are never fresh I know that compared to other frits from any restaurant. If you realize that their frits are soft, but they are really hot, there is no way that they were freshly fried and they are hot and soft.

We were traveling and stopped by Krystal for a quick bite before we arrived at our hotel. The manager took our order as was phenomenal! Very friendly and funny. Our food was hot, tasty and met all of our expectations! It was my girlfriend?s first Krystal experience and she loved it!
