Jason's Deli - Augusta

Go down. We always came here when it opened. Service and food were great. It's been about a year since last we made a takeover order with them. I was disappointed that it took 8 minutes before I was recognized at the take-out counter (all people went away without saying anything). Then when I came home, I opened my sandwich box to find this disappointing ?scoop? of chicken salad on my sandwich. They gave you a very large part (about for almost a complete sandwich on a half). The broccoli cheddar soup was still good, but the sandwich disappointing.

Food quality is good, but if it takes over 30 minutes to get a meal you ordered before, it is not worth it. If the mobile app is used to order and even if it recognizes that you have arrived, you need to call. Call and let them know that I arrived before the estimated time of my order, they didn't make it until I went to the house after 20 minutes. It wasn't because they were busy, I ordered after 6:30 and it wasn't crowded.

Always enjoy eating at Jason's. Whenever I'm with a group, I know it's a good choice as they have such a great selection on their menu of good soups, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, subs, baked potatoes, pasta and salad bar! Something for everyone! Then everyone can finish their meal with free ice cream, yum yum. This position is new and very cool. The service was fast and the food was fresh and tasty. First Jason is with a car I've ever seen!

This really bothers me to write this review because the restaurant has got it so often right until maybe a year ago. I ordered a club salad today; not half the size and the salad was so small. The pickles weren't the usual pickles in Jason? Deliver wrappers. We ordered sandwiches last night. My daughter and I ordered ham and cheese. The ham was the squarely processed ham I found out from the grocery store in the midday meat department. I was very disappointed. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality has fallen extremely. I'm not sure what happened, but I hope the store can correct it. This was my family favorite weekday place to eat several times a week!

Their food is good but they always get the order wrong. I place a order two days ago and asked for the side to be potato salad, they gave me pasta salad. I just ordered a salad which was suppose to come with avocado and cheese and I have neither...... Update.. Decided to give them another try. They almost got the food order correct. I asked for oil and vinegar for my salad, they gave me a ranch type and this is the avocado they gave me. It still has the skin on part of it. Not to mention, why do they have curbside pick up when they never bring the food out to you after you tell them you're there?
