Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet - Augusta

I love this place it is also a place to try new food, it has almost everything you can think, I highly recommend this place. I didn't think I like octopus, but when I tried, it was good.

Wow, the food is fresh and delicious, with just the right amount of spice! The cakes are fantastic too!

Our Brigham Senior Pool Band hosted a Christmas party at this venue. There was plenty of space and an abundance of food!

The buffet itself is pretty standard. My wife enjoys the sushi, but it can be inconsistent. The dessert selection is varied, usually featuring jello, fruit, cookies, cakes, or ice, but they tend to be on the less sweet side. The fried items can be hit or miss as well—sometimes they're delicious, but other times they can be a bit soggy. However, you can never go wrong with the Hibachi! Feel free to pile on as many toppings as you like. I recommend asking for all four sauces—teriyaki, soy, chili oil, and garlic—especially when you're having steak.

We did the hibachi. It was mostly all the normal hibachi things, and the food was good. I give it 3 stars because of the inattentiveness of the waitress. We sat with a plate of sushi in front of us for nearly 5 minutes and no chopsticks or utensils, and no little bowl to mix the Wasabi while we waited. It was also our 7 yr old sons birthday. I asked about them singing to him, the waitress explained what they do, I said to do it but it never happened. Not a huge deal, but still. He was expecting it even though we never told him they were doing it. Above all else, like I said, the food was good, but we've had better.
