Burger King - Augusta

From time to time is here randomly sown, the personal is quite friendly. the load is almost always clean or cleaned. drive thru can use a little work during peak hours, waited as for 5 minutes 1 car before me at loudspeaker. finally got to order loudspeakers and asked if I could wait, after 7 minutes I drove away. only an isolated incident, so that I don't hold it against the place, everyone has a bad day in one

The place was nice and clean and not overcrowded it's the wait for your food and because of the pandemic they were no trays everything got served in a bag I ain't in overall it was okay to eat in

It's Bk, it is what it is. Good customer service the few times I've been there. Food fresh and hot.

This place has horrible customer service, I just had a young lady get an awful attitude with me, because she believed they did not have a king Jr Kids meal. Instead of arguing with her I just left. I see why they only have 2 stars on yelp. My advice to Burger King is actually find people who want to work.

I normally don't leave feedbacks but happened 1time to many...Service took a long time... to long for fast food, I'm a vegetarian and my impossible pattie was burned and were fries cold..couldn't finish it...walton way Augusta, Georgia
