Kfc - Auckland

Had a really nice experience at this KFC it was really nice the service was great and this boy called Eli was very professional and when i ask for something he happily helped me. Over all i had a nice pleasent time and the food was great, i recommend to everyone passing through.

Third time been there and they ran out of popcorn chicken 9 pm , replaced popcorn chicken with extra small chips ? Wasn't satisfied as I ordered a coupon combo! When they tell you that they can't swap out anything on coupon codes this is disappointing! They could of just replaced the popcorn chicken with chicken nuggets?

Zinger burger was pretty good I must admit. The KFC itself was very dirty. All the rubbish bins were over flowing with rubbish on all tables. The floors had food everywhere and so did the seats. Worst wicked wings I've had to date, very greasy and the batter was falling apart.

Last night I missed my order in Drive Thru, I had to move on, reach the payment counter and advise the girl what just happened. She helped me take the order. Great customer service well done.
