Black Dog Burger - Auckland

This Burger restaurant is connected to the Empire Tavern, where I regularly take part in the weekly Tuesday Quiz Night. My favorite option (if you look at price and taste) is to come here and get a burger and pommes. The food is really good and the prices are cheap for what you get. The workers are always friendly, despite the fact that they are often hastened when I go (because there are many other people who like the burgers as I do).

The burger was delicious and the frits were perfectly cooked. I have the special that includes a premium beer, pommes and a beer for $21. I have the smoker burger, the onion rings and Jalepenos. The beer I chose was Chomp, a New Zealand Pale Ale. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious, juicy, fresh and cheap burgers. Yummy chips. beautiful and clean place, although quite small.

To me one of the best burger places here in Auckland. It’s small but the food is great! They have a tendency to be really busy which causes long wait times. Recommend the chicken tenders! (Quite hidden on the menu) it’s my favourite dish!
