The ice cream is wonderful and the young men that work here are very nice, the young blonde girl is very rude she should not be training anyone! Her rude mouth and disrespectful attitude made me not want to return ever! She needs a class in customer service! Please retrain her and don’t let her train your new employee coming in!
Out of every flavor. Girl in front of us was the workers girlfriend she cut in front of us and we waited 30+ mins to find out they only have 3 flavors left.
Great ice cream. Horrible service. Came on a Saturday night 45 minutes before closing with two well behaved children. No greetings or smiles from two employees. The children said “thank you” clearly and loudly to the woman scooping ice cream and she did not respond.
Ordered cappuccino blast and it's SUPER WATERY!!! The last time we came here ordered the same drink and they gave me tea! ? disappointed twice! Not gonna come back here anymore! WORST BASKIN-ROBBINS EVER!!!
