Cook Out

Food not so good. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there, and order accuracy missed the mark. Dining room appears to not have been cleaned in a while.

Always love cookout and their different shakes! Wish they would bring one to Madisonville Tn. I usually stop at this location every time I come to Athens. Today was awesome because of the fine young man Jacob working the register. He was very kind and courteous and he just really made my day!!!

I always go through the drive thru but the service has always been quick and the employees are always wonderful. I have 4 stars for the food only because the burgers are often burned on the outer ends but everything else is delicious!

Third time there only because my girlfriend likes it but nothing is more annoying than standing at the counter waiting to order and you're being ignored for four five six minutes sometimes their customer service is pathetic

Nothing better than raw burgers ? and didn’t even order a burger ordered a bbq sandwich
