Put them into a mobile order, and if I got there ~20 minutes later, they could not command because the system was restarted. the dame in the window tried to tell me that she could not give me a refund, but then she saw the order and suddenly decided that she could. I assume her original plan was to sit there while she made the order that completely defeated the purpose of ordering, but decided it was too much work. it was a waste of time, gas and rewards points and it is not worth trying again. don't waste your time here.

Ordered 2 salads and a meal. Gave us no sauce or dressing

I go regularly and overall they give good customer service.
