Burger King - Athens

I tried to drive the service was the driving dame outside, smoking a cigarette and told me it would be 7 minutes before she could take my order. we're gone and don't come back.

Got a whopper meal with sweet tea and everything was horrible. The fries tasted like they had no salt and just tasted like potato. The sweet tea tasted like it went sour hours ago and my whopper was cold and the whole thing tasted like onions. Barely took 2 bites and felt sick. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Ice cream tastes old. But I couldn't get over the fact of how hilarious it looks. This is ligit how he handed it to me. Smh.

The gal on the outside speaker was extremely rude. She said she would only take one order. Can you hire someone who can act professional? This location is a JOKE. You should change their uniforms to clown outfits. Its terrible.

Very bad customer service at the drive thur my order was all wrong i had to repeat my order to get all my food the guy at the window was not neat face and hair was not groomed i had to call for the manager to continue my order this happened around 5:50pm this was off of Hawthorne ave in Athens ga just know im not going back there store need to be improved or closed down completely honestly i would not give no stars at all for the simple fact not groomed well unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to customers taking orders and last but not least no receipt .just poor customer experience will not be going back ask for my money back to he act like he didn't want to give it back so i did file a complaint do not go there at all order was a hot mess ?
