Its Coffee Time Paraguay - Asuncion

I visited the restaurant today, on a late Sunday afternoon. I waited for 15 minutes at a table without any staff member approaching me to offer a menu or greet me upon entry. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative impression of the restaurant. When I dine out, I don't expect to have to wait without being acknowledged. Next time, I would prefer if the staff was more attentive, as I don't want to feel like I have to make my own coffee in order to have a meal there.

Having a coffee while enjoying a view of the Lopez Palace is a one-of-a-kind experience. The service was excellent.
