Forno Siciliano - Astoria

Delicious food. Great portions. Wonderful service. The starter focaccia was particularly delicious, came warm, toasty and beautifully seasoned. I visited my aunt and the atmosphere was friendly. We have a mixture of salads and noodles. My kids shared a Margherita pizza. We don't live nearby, but if we did, we would probably come a lot.

I had lunch with a large group of family members. Our hostess Maria was so attentive and personal. Despite the group size, the appetizers and entrees came out earlier than I expected. Fresh and tasty describes everything.

I've been here since the opening in the late 1990s. I thought it was the best oven pizza in town and regarding me, based on today's pizza, it's still as good as I remember. I came all the way from FL to eat this pizza. I love it so much.

If you really want good quality Italian tasting food this is the place to go!!!!! Make sure to make a reservation especially at weekends, but walks are welcome. I've been driving to this place for so many years and have never been disappointed! The staff is always beautiful and welcoming. I literally feel like home here. Make yourself a favor and try this place, you will not regret it.

My favorite pizza in Astoria. Gotta try some of their other dishes. Be aware, when I was there the dining room was closing at 9.30pm.
