While the cupcakes are pretty and overpriced, the customer service and lack of welcoming atmosphere are not worth the money.

Terrible communication. I needed a cake so I inquired almost 2 weeks in advance, since I wasn’t receiving an email I called for a follow up twice. First time they said to give it more time since whoever is responding to emails just went to their office to do so. Second time I called they said they will let them know that I have called. Finally get an email only for them to say that they aren’t taking new orders since they are out of the country. If they are out of the country then why not tell your employees to communicate that to us instead of giving me the run around. Also how are you out of the country if your employee said that you are in your office responding to emails? Waste of time, do not trust these people

I wish I had a photo to post, because the words just don’t do it justice. Very responsive via email, I asked for a custom chocolate buttercream cake that had “Reese’s peanut butter cup” filling for 40 people. They helped me figure out which size I needed, pick up was super simple and accommodating (outside of store hrs) and the cake was DIVINE! It was beautiful and stunning but also tasted AMAZING! Can’t wait to order from them again!

So happy I came across this bakery! I placed an order for my baby 's first birthday for a cake, cupcake and cookies. The cake was Wild One themed with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream cake. The cake was the highlight of the birthday! Not only did it taste amazing, but it was so beautiful.

The buttercream is heavenly! Best buttercream i have ever tried. Not sweet just silky and luxurious. The lemon sponge was rich with flavor without being overly sweet. A super treat without a super sugar rush.Felt great knowing I can enjoy a delicious treat thats not absolutely loaded with sugar.
