Our waitress was well trained in the menu ingredients she was promptly very personal our meal was hot served it was very clean a relaxing environment

The eggs were nice and fluffy, and the speck was crispy. The burgers were cooked well on one side, but the other side was a bit plain with no browning, which was a little disappointing. I'm not sure what they call the hausfries or hash browns, but I wasn't impressed with them. The toast was decent, but I wish there had been more of it. I really enjoy the earthberry jelly, though. Overall, the meal was quite good!

All the omelet was awesome!with extra hollandaise sauce,next times I will order it, not sink, but truthahn and speck . but it was a good experience

The waitress was incredibly rude. There was a small child wandering around the restaurant, and when we brought it up to the waitress and the manager, they took no action. In fact, the waitress became even more disrespectful after we raised our concerns about the child being in the restaurant.

I have had several issues with takeout orders from this restaurant. For my latest order, I received the wrong items. When I called to address the problem, the manager only mentioned that I wasn't charged for the extra piece of chicken. However, I specifically ordered a dinner that clearly stated it included two pieces of chicken. The manager suggested I could drive back to purchase it, but that would mean making an extra trip and spending more on gas. I haven't ordered from here in a while (especially since they removed the meatloaf from the menu) because of previous mistakes. I understand that errors can happen, but when they occur repeatedly and I'm expected to drive back to resolve the issue, it's unacceptable. I’m finished with Bob Evans in Ashtabula, Ohio.
