Excellent service. Food and wine was all delicious! Everything is made to order... it takes maybe a bit longer than typical, but so worth it! In our party of four, two of us ordered the same dish while the other two chose something different. The server returned to inform us that there was only enough of the dish we ordered for one person, and suggested a replacement for the other. We accepted that, but shortly after, she came back to say they didn't have even one order of our original dish available. Instead, she offered to prepare a dish that wasn't even listed on the menu for both of us. The atmosphere was also quite uncomfortably quiet. After about 20 minutes, we hadn't made much progress with our meal, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Later, we shared our experience with some friends, only to find out they had also left this restaurant in the past. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I certainly won't be returning.

What an incredible experience! My wife and I drove in from the Cleveland area for a day trip to Ashtabula Harbor and enjoyed an early dinner at Fitzgerald's. We were not disappointed at all; we loved everything! For our entrees, I had the sea bass and my wife chose the pistachio-crusted salmon, both of which were outstanding. We also had a lovely conversation with Chef and owner Deborah. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely be back on our next visit!

I brought my mom and myself to the restaurant and there was only one person working and doing all the cooking and waiting on tables? The menu was ridiculously priced. 60$ for a steak? We ordered drinks, coffee and a **** Mary and waters. It was over 15 minutes to get water. We ordered shrimp cocktail and caprese. The shrimp was gooey and the caprese lacked fresh tomatoes and cut basil leafs. We left without ordering a dinner because there wasn't anything my Mom could eat. The atmosphere outside was great but to get there, it requires a lot of stairs. The food quality was very sub par for the prices. Service was awful. 5 stars
