Mcdonald's - Ashland

I saw a plump blonde woman spit in my drink because she seemed to have a dislike for me.

I have traveled all over the country and typically mcdonalds, while not the best restaurant, has consistent food that is hot and fresh at least. For some reason this mcdonalds has the worst food of any mcdonalds I've eaten at. My daughter likes going there so we have been going to this specific mcdonalds now for a little over a year, and at no point is the food ever fresh. Even their fries, when they are very busy, somehow come out warm and soggy. Don't even bother ordering a chicken filet because they must sit under the heat lamp for an hour and they're always disgusting and hard. The only thing there that is okay are the burgers. The service here is incredibly horrible. Today was my last visit ever, because I ordered two small breakfast items well before 1030(when breakfast ends) on the app. I also was in the drive thru line before 1030 and was told to pull ahead for my order. After waiting over 10 minutes in their line, get up to the window and was told they won't be making my order because it's past 1030. I explained that I had ordered ahead and was in line before 1030 and they didn't seem to care. Entirely rude, no apology and my young daughter who wanted mcdonalds breakfast was very upset. This mcdonalds is the absolute worst and I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere, like Burger King.

The exterior of this McDonald's is quite appealing. However, upon entering, we found no one at the counter to take our order, and the bathrooms were unclean. Additionally, the counter where you get your drinks and condiments was dirty, and there were bits of trash scattered around the restaurant. While our order was accurate, the overall lack of cleanliness has led me to decide against returning to this McDonald's. I left feeling unimpressed and doubt it would pass an inspection.

She repeatedly asked me to leave a 5-star review and was quite disrespectful about it. I believe this behavior should be addressed.

When I'm in Ashland (and I'm almost always in Ashland) this is my go to McDonald's.
