Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ashland

The restaurant doesn't have consistent hours of operation. The other day, when I called, they mentioned they were open until 9 PM, but they actually closed at 8:30 PM.

Is this place ever open? Have they gone out of business? I've tried to visit this location three times this month, and there are always kids hanging around, but they consistently say that they're closed. I really feel for the owners!

Michael was the best! he gave us the best service and was in no time with our ice cream!

It was okay to fly and the people who work there pretended they didn't know what they did or wanted to help everyone

This service is really the worst! I only bought big pommes and they took a long time. when I got it, it was the big package, but only a quarter filled with frits. please they know that I had paid for big berries so that they did it again. I had to wait a total of 35 minutes for the riders. I asked about my money back and they told me that the riders would be free. when they gave me the fries, it was still the same amount with as 5 pommes more. the person responsible told me they were free, but if I didn't want them, I had to leave them. don't waste your money here.
