Cheri O's - Ashland

Everything was delightful except for the cake. We visited Cherio's for lunch on Friday, and although it was empty when we arrived, it quickly filled up with locals, which is always a good sign. We ordered the Southwest 7-layer sandwich and the daily special, the Jumping Jalapeno sandwich. Both dishes were enjoyable—only mildly spicy and satisfying without being overly filling. The service was prompt and efficient. We chose this restaurant based on a recommendation from friends and because we had heard about their homemade cakes, which we were looking forward to trying. However, we were a bit disappointed to find that the only cake available at the moment was a crunch cake. But we didn’t leave empty-handed when it came to dessert, as they offered a variety of ice creams and sodas to satisfy our sweet tooth.
