Save your money the foods usually cold or wrong or greasy if i could mark them as zero i would honestly theres better places to eat

South Normanton macdonnalds is absolutely rubbish my daughter went to counter to get service was waiting about 30 minutes for food because the children that serve you are messing about hiding there hats down each others trousers and then wearing them again to go serve people I had to through drive through to get her food to speak to the manager for him to be a child too. After nearly 50 minutes she finally gets served with him just saying sorry were are the proper people service there are no manners by staff at all won't be going again get some grown up staff. And no were on the macdonnals app to complain no surprise there then

Called here today Wednesday 10th August 2022 with the grandchildren on our way home from Hardwick Hall. Parked easily. Wasnt busy and got seats ok. Ordered at the counter and food was quite quick to arrive. it was hot and tasted great. Chap who serve us and delivered our food was very friendly and patient. will visit again when in the area

I asked for extra ice in my drink as I was fed up with warm coke from this McDonald only to be told the ice machine is broke. Apparently it’s been broke for 4 months and still no solution in sight according to McDonald’s. They are waiting parts… for 4 months n counting. where are the parts coming from?? the moon??? . So in the heat of a summers day bear in mind that your gunna get a warm drink from here. Mmmmm nice!!

Ordered through Uber eats I rang the restaurant to make sure our food wasn’t being cooked or anything as the Uber turned from 25mins to nearly an hour! Food arrived baring in mind we live not far from the place and the burgers were stone cold and McFlurrys had melted to was just basically just fluid with the tiniest lump of ice cream in the middle! Not happy at all, oh and when I rang the restaurant the manager who was on was very very rude!
