Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

Good ice cream. But not worth Unreasonable prices for just regular portion sizes. On top of it they expect a tip??? For what service is this tip expected??? Lol

Staff were not paying attention at all, and messed up the order. It seems to be a reoccurring problem as another oberweis had the same issue. Some of the workers had AirPods in and it was really hard to get their attention. The ice cream itself seems to not be as tasty as it used to be.

I’ve been coming to this store for 20 years now. For the last five years, I’ve often been dissatisfied with their service. I usually order a large hot fudge sundae to go. In the last five years, even though I watch what they’re doing, I’m never sure what I’m going to get when I get home. Too often, there is obviously less I’ve cream than I paid for, swimming in a huge sea of fudge. Most recently, I had to wait for several extra minutes as the teenagers behind the counter were busy flirting with each other. And of course, the sundae was a disappointment when I got home. In short, there is a lack of training and a lack of adult supervision at this store, which leads to poor results. You’re better off buying the ingredients from a store and making your own sundaes at home.

The store isn’t prepared to assist people with allergies at all! As according to the staff, everything is cross contaminated with nuts, so you cannot get nut free frozen desserts, or they just door dash the products to the store but you have the wait

Best ice cream in the area. Daily made waffle cones. Fresh fudge, tons of different chocolates and caramel candy. All very good. Flavors change with the season. Enjoy the ice cream there and take the rest home.
