Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Arlington

I've never tried this place until tonight, already in love with the food and the smoothies.

This restaurant typically only has 2-3 employees working at a time, which leads to long wait times for customers. I've had difficulty communicating my order accurately, so I now prefer to order through the app. However, even with this method, there are still delays and mistakes with my smoothie order. The staff should consider hiring more employees for each shift to improve efficiency.

Kale apple salad was great! Only 1 staff was very friendly, the rest put a vibe off that they don't care what's happening around them. Place was very neat and clean, restrooms were in nice condition and clean.

Not very friendly. I like the place in Fort Worth better. This place is out of ingredients already this early in the day (11:07 AM). And asking for your own ingredients seems like a bother to the them because they make faces like they’re annoyed... ? If you aren’t happy with your job, then quit and do something else! Don’t be rude and then expect a tip either. Very rude customer service ? Never coming here again!

They never let me down here and make my drink to my liking with requested substitutions with no issue! Service is fast and friendly. I always order to go after shopping at Walmart and heading home. The ambiance give a fresh and fit feeling, clean space to sit and eat if you'd like. Highly recommend.
