Panda Express - Arlington

I wanted to leave this review of some of the employees and managers. Maria, Ty, and Brianna are the sweetest, hardest working people I know. The food is good, but their customer service is spectacular. These are the people who make a true difference in the world with their kindness and love to others.

This restaurant never has food. It's frustrating that they stay open until 9, but they run out of food at 7:30 and are too lazy to make more. They don't have steamed rice, fried rice, or pepper steak. The only option left is beef and broccoli, which is essentially undercooked broccoli with a few small strips of beef. It seems like they care more about saving costs than providing a satisfying meal.

Previous reviews mentioned that the restaurant served the same dishes as the previous owners, but that is no longer the case. The menu has been completely upgraded and the food is now delicious. This restaurant is definitely one of my new favorites.

I am deeply sad that this place has decided to remove the black pepper chicken from its menu. This is one of the few things I can eat there. We have to get to the Mansfield site right now. I hope they will rethink. Food: 4/5

Do not trust the negative reviews here. The portions are small, the food is undercooked, and they are stingy with the shrimp. Avoid this place at all costs.
