Mama's Pizza - Arlington

We placed an order for 3 20” pizzas expensive to say the least. And when we got him to eat them one pizza was still raw. Called and complained about the pizza the manager on duty said he would make a note of it for us to get a free one next time. Well i called to cash in that free pizza today and the manager said he was the one on duty that day and he does not see in his notes anything for that day. So needless to say don’t trust the manager at the Arlington Location get everything in weighting because he will lie and not make it right.

The pizza was just okay in my opinion. It was a bit greasy, but you do get a lot for your money. We visited on a Saturday night and the staff was very busy. The restaurant is a lively family-friendly pizza place. Our group of 20 was seated near a birthday party, but the staff did a great job handling the chaos. And to top it off, I won at pinball against everyone!

I have been eating at this restaurant for decades. Unfortunately last night I happened to bite into a screw and possibly broke my tooth. I took the uneaten pizza back and Mark the manger issued a refund. As I was leaving he approached my vehicle and stated he should not have issued a refund as we had eaten most of the pizza the screw was found in. I'm sorry the screw happened to be in the last piece of pizza on my plate. Very disappointed in the customer service. I'm very grateful that I got the screw and not my 4 year old niece that could have swallowed it.

The restaurant only served olive pizza and we ended up staying there for a long time.

Mama's is amazing! They have a Ms. Pacman game to play while you wait for your order. The atmosphere is relaxed with a positive vibe. The staff is attentive and wants you to enjoy your meal.
