Hey, 407 BBQ! I just wanted to share that I had six friends visiting from New York, and it was their first time in Texas. On their first day here, I took them to 407 BBQ because, well, when in Texas, right? They were all blown away by the incredible flavors in your brisket and ribs. I really set the bar high for them with Texas BBQ! Thank you for your amazing food! P.S. We just came back after four days so they could try your ham, pulled pork, and of course, four more pounds of brisket!

I love my BBQ and that's the best I had. Drove the two hours to try them and will definitely go back. The ruin was on the spot, the brisket was perfect and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was great. In addition, Bryan and his employees Not like a customer, but like family!!!

I had been hearing good things about this place for a few months so we dropped in for a late lunch Saturday. I judge a place solely on this one thing because if you are going to sell barbecue in Texas, the brisket is the one thing that will make you or break you. The brisket at 407 is perfection! Perfect pull, beautiful bark, not dry at all, and served on butcher paper! No sauce needed!!!

I've tried BBQ from 12 of the current Texas Monthly Top 50 spots, along with several other outstanding places that aren't on the list, as well as numerous great BBQ joints across the country. I would say I'm a bit of a BBQ enthusiast. The brisket I had today from 407 BBQ was the best I've ever tasted. The humidity level was just right, and it was incredibly tender. But the real highlight was the bark—it was outstanding. Thank you, 407 BBQ!
