Popeyes Louisiana Chicken - Arden

Poor girl was the only one who does something. the guy in front of us said he was waiting for an hour to order so we just left. the girl locked the lobby behind us, probably to deal with the attack of cars outside.

Waited 10 minutes with out being acknowledged. Spoke to a guy still waiting for his order after 25 minutes. A girl came in who had ordered by mobile 30 minutes prior. I finally left. They were not busy at all. This is thrid visit, will not try again. The Popeyes in Myrtle Beach is spot on. This one needs help or close it.

Slow AF, only one girl working harder than the 4 other guys i see right next to her doing absolutely nothing to help her. Took 25 minutes for this poor girl to take our order. Popeyes, either pay this girl 3x the money or hire someone who will work faster than a lethargic crippled snail. You get 2 stars only because i see effort from ONE person.

Not even red beans and rice...twice in the last 2 weeks..morale and service are down as well. If fletcher popeyes is and example of acceptable with corporate, you will join the failing and already failed in consistency and quality

The food was good but the service was terrible.I ordered a sweet tea but when I got to the drive thru they gave me a sprite when I tried to give it back the man said we don 't take that s**t back . Never have I been to any restaurant or fast food place and they say profanity to you directly. If there was no stars I would give it.
