Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe visited the fair two weeks ago with a large group, and I placed our food order on Sunday at 11:00 AM. It was a significant order, well over 100 items. Since the dining room was closed, I went through the drive-thru, knowing that I would need to pull over to the side after placing the order due to its size. There were about five cars in front of me, and I could see roughly five behind me. I expected to wait around 30 minutes and would have completely understood if it took that long. However, to my surprise, the team was incredibly efficient; our order was ready in less than seven minutes! The staff was also very friendly. Everything we ordered was hot, and they made sure I had all the utensils, plates, and cups I needed. I genuinely hope someone from the company, or at least a manager, recognizes the hard work of their team, because I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I was with my entire experience.
I want to shout out to the staff! A man had his truck stuck in the drive-thru, and one of the employees went out to help him push it out of the way. It seemed like such a simple task, but I jumped in to help as well! They had excellent communication about everything. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn't open due to a lack of staff, but I was invited inside and received a complimentary tea, which was a nice touch. Thank you! It would be great if you could update Google listings to let customers know that the dining room is closed. That would be really helpful.
When I arrived back at the restaurant, the original staff member who put together our order was reluctant to give me the missing items. Eventually, the manager intervened and informed her about the oversight, confirming that the items were indeed forgotten. There were no additional apologies or offers made. I received my missing items and left the restaurant.
#1 Dining room not open because short staff, that is completely understandable, but... Let's put a sign on the door. #2 I have a heavy cookie. The engraving was hardly warm and the cookie was hard like a rock on the edges. #3 I asked for a butter biscuit with bacon. No butter on the cookie and the bacon was burned. This worse Bojangle's experience I had in 5 years.
Called in day before to place an order of 85 total biscuits -over $300 order. Expressed how important the 5:45am time was for our company event. She acted irritated that I needed to confirm the details. Told me she is leaving a note for the morning shift. Show up and no communication was given. They had no idea. Sooo frustrating I had to just leave. Called the bojangles on boyston hwy to see how long it would take for a hodge podge of biscuits and they jumped on the opportunity and took care of me immediately In 10 mins. Just stressful morning for no reason. Please communicate better.
