As a regular guest of the Hotel, I am a bit disappointed. Over the many years, of my stay in the Rooland I noticed that the quality has fallen dramatically. The rooms are old, and dusty with no AC, no refrigerator, or at least a hot water heater for tea or coffee. The hotel would do with a renovation if you want to stay a 4 star, that you state you are. But in reality, 2-3 stars at most. The cleaning and the reception staff are nice and friendly, but that is not the case with your waiters in the bar. The man has no sense of how to communicate with the guests. The former lineup was much nicer. I might not be coming back for that price.

Hotel is geschikt voor leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving, maar de kamers zijn wel flink gedateerd. Tevens wat ondefinieerbare schoongemaakte vlekken in het tapijt op de kamer. Een renovatie zou dit hotel goed doen en herstellen in de glorie van weleer.
