Staff standing around chatting and apparently unable to find me to give me my food as I was sitting just 4 meters away outside. Very poor customer service.

Great Food, excellent Coffee. Very Efficient and Friendly Service. Very Clean Restaurant Area Restrooms. Lots of Seating Plenty of Parking

We were on a tight schedule with 6 people in total.No one else in the restaurant when we ordered.Our meals took 40 minutes to turn up. We asked for gravy that was supposed to go with our meals, we were half way through our meals by the time it came out. For a truck stop no one would wait that long.The girls were all standing around doing nothing, the service was not warm or friendly, there were chips on the floor from previous customers. Don’t rate this place at all. No stars

Customer service was zero today. When you have competition and options just down the road, looking after customers should be your goal. Would not recommend, would not come back. The Shell gladly served us and were happy for our patronage.
