Village Host Pizza Grill - Aptos

Actually, my family always loved this pizza spot. always surprise how great the pizza is, every time we are in the city for the last 10 years, we always make it our place to meet at least once. today we ordered 2 pizzas salat and brot and when we came back to our house and went to eat, I found a hair. I'm not a complainer, so I just put the piece aside and wanted to go on, but the next piece also had a completely separate hair. our family owns a small business so for me it is not even a question if someone has problems on our fault, we make it automatically correct and compile the problem. When I called, they told me that we don't have a problem that we won't charge them, and when I went to get the replacement, I asked if my card is credited and she said no. I asked why I should pay for her mistake. I had to go back to show them the haare and get my pizza and now I have to pay for it? the manager looked at me and said I've already given you a new pizza, what else should I do? I'm sorry, but that's the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I'm not going back to this facility. absolutely ashamed that someone is so carefree is a so-called manager at such a big place. I will not come back.

Super friendly, great food. Really a nice neighborhood place. Great for kids and families. Fast delivery and easy-pick up for orders but also has room inside for a few baseball teams inside.

Solid pizza place with sandwiches and a small tap list. One star off because it's not always fresh- I've gotten moldy sandwich bread before, but only once and the staff is very helpful and accommodating if you have any issues with the order.

We love village host! The crust is the best and everything always taste fresh. Tonight we ordered on the website when the order arrived it was only the pesto bread and a mini pizza and no large combo pizza. I called and they apologized and immediately sent out another pizza.. super cool and it really wasn't their fault since the door dasher forgot to leave our order... anyway not only did they get us our pizza but then they even credited us another large pizza on them!!!!! This place is awesome!!! Thank you village host Aptos!!!

I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. It sounds simple enough, but I've had frozen pizza that tastes better. The marinara sauce was nonexistent, so the pizza was dry. The crust was good, so I'm giving two stars for the crust.
