The Hideout - Aptos

Birthday Dinner for wife when we were visiting a friend's beach house...it was simply perfect. I had a veggie burger...made in-house and truly outstanding. I gladly, whole heartedly recommend it.

Love this place. It's the capital of Aptos (along with Manuel's, of course).

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I would never go back to this restaurant. Overall, it was too loud, and the food was way too salty. I had just finished a long run and ordered the merlot ribs. I was quite hungry, but the meat was too salty to finish. We went on a Saturday evening and got seated really quick. We got seated in the main room, which had some sound pads on the ceiling, but it was still too loud to even hear each other. Service was professional besides some really short skirts.

Simone was our waitress for the evening and did a great job making my fiancé and I feel welcomed. It was our first time there and the food was amazing. My fiancé got the hideout burger and I got the chicken pesto alfredo. Everything was 10/10 delicious, would definitely come back!
